SAP unveiled last week at its SAPPHIRE NOW global conference, SAP Business Network, the first step in its ambitious vision to create new business communities that can improve outcomes, help address changing economic and geopolitical conditions, and drive organizations’ contribution to sustainability.
The company has also announced a series of innovations to help customers transform business processes, drive performance and manage themselves in the best possible way. We tell you about it in this ZTalent SAP Hub blog post.
Highlights of these new features include:
Business Process Intelligence solutions now offer SAP Process Insights.
As part of the Business Process Intelligence (BPI) portfolio, the SAP Process Insights solution enables organizations to analyze and improve their real-world business processes.
Verify, a new feature of SAP Concur. It uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to simplify expense auditing.
The Verify service, a feature of SAP Concur solutions, uses AI and machine learning to automatically identify potential issues and anomalies in expense reports. AI models are built from analysis of more than $1 trillion in expenses and tens of millions of expense and travel tickets.
Verify can approve expense reports that have no issues, while flagging anomalies that need to be reviewed by auditors. This AI-powered experience prevents auditors from wasting time checking expense reports, but can detect compliance or fraud issues.
SAP Upscale Commerce is a no-code solution that enables direct consumer engagement
SAP Upscale Commerce is a no-code online commerce solution that enables midsize retailers to create an omnichannel shopping experience in minutes. The solution has built-in AI, enabling retailers to provide personalized offers based on a 360-degree view of their customers from shopping data and sentiment expressed on social channels.
With a headless API architecture, retailers can provide customers with real-time feedback on their purchase and delivery through any channel. SAP Upscale Commerce integrates with SAP S/4HANA to help ensure that customer-facing experiences work with back-end finance, logistics and supply systems to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Three new SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) capabilities enable you to derive insights from data
The SAP Analytics Cloud solution now offers workforce analytics and operational planning capabilities and integration with SAP SuccessFactors solutions. These capabilities link operational, financial and workforce data to give organizations a more complete view of their workforce.
The new data marketplace for the SAP Data Warehouse Cloud solution enables customers and partners to connect with data providers across industries and business areas to gain insights for better decision making. SAP is also expanding its low-code/no-code offering: SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation services can now capture and automate user interactions and integrate with SAP Process insights to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
