SAP has introduced RISE with SAP Migration and Modernization, a new SAP offering that seeks to attract customers who are reluctant to migrate to the cloud.

What is RISE with SAP Migration and Modernization?
RISE with SAP Migration and Modernization is an offering that extends the RISE with SAP program, which was launched in January 2021.
The goal of this program is to offer customers a simple and flexible path to cloud adoption with SAP, regardless of the starting point or speed of transition.
The new offering is based on four main pillars:

Special discounts for customers switching to RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP.

An enterprise architect to advise customers on the integration of SAP systems in the cloud.

A proven and standardized methodology to ensure the quality, security and success of the migration, from requirements analysis to moving SAP systems to the cloud.

New services and tools to facilitate the modernization of SAP systems, such as the SAP S/4HANA Cloud, which is the cloud version of SAP’s intelligent ERP.
What economic benefits does SAP offer?
SAP wants to reward the trust of its customers and has therefore launched a very attractive economic offer to incentivize migration to the cloud, with this offer, customers can save up to 50% on the cost of migration.
In addition, until the end of 2024, customers who have SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC and switch to RISE with SAP or GROW with SAP, will be eligible for credits that can be used to offset the cost of maintenance, cloud services or cloud subscription.
What is the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Safekeeper service?
For customers, who need more time to complete the migration or who want to do it in phases, SAP offers the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Safekeeper service.
With this service, customers can prepare their systems to upgrade to the latest version of SAP S/4HANA, while maintaining the optimal operation of their current system.
The service includes infrastructure upgrade and optimization services, as well as ongoing support for customers’ current system with regular updates.
